Orders are shipped 2-3 times a week.

Allow 1-3 days after your order has been despatched for it to arrive to you, in some cases it can take a little longer due to any delays with the delivery company that may occur. Tracked 24 or 48 is used, which is a fast service.

Keep an eye on Instagram incase there are any delivery delays in which deliveries would be sent after this.

Orders are now processed 2-3 times a week by us, Royal Mail collect Monday to Saturday. Please note shipping can be delayed due to national bank holidays, weather, strikes, closed days and other.

Once the parcel has been processed and shipped and has left us to be delivered to you, it is then over to the delivery company that are delivering it, if there was to be any lost or broken items the shipping company are responsible for this. The delivery companies offer compensation for loosing the parcel.
Please order in advance due to parcels being sent 2-3 times per week.

SkyeLashUk are not responsible for any lost or broken items. We ship with a tracking number on our end, it is then passed onto the shipping company.

Orders are thoroughly checked before being packaged up and processed correctly.

In this unfortunate case, you will need to send over your tracking number to the shipping company for them to deal with the matter.
